23 Things Finishers From Around the Region
April 30, 2008 -- Library staff members and one library trustee representing libraries from around the region experimented with a wide variety of emerging technologies to complete 23 Things on a Stick in the time frame from January 20 - April 16, 2008.
Round 1 of 23 Things was a self-discovery program that allowed participants to manage their own learning. Participants were encouraged to work together with others in their buildings and regions and to share their insights and discoveries with others through their blogs and in person.
The program was open to all staff in any Minnesota library— academic, public, school, or special—as well as members of their Governing Boards, their Friends groups, or Advisory Groups. Each of these participants having completed the entire course will receive a completion incentive of a 1 GIG flash drive. They are also eligible for additional prizes from a random drawing. Congratulations to all!
