SELCO/SELS Executive Committee - Members | Meeting Materials
The Board designates an Executive Committee to act in the intervals between meetings of the entire Board. The Executive Committee consists of the officers plus four other Directors, elected by the Board of Directors from among their number. The Executive Committee meets during the months the Board does not meet with the meeting date set by the Committee. These meetings usually are the fourth Monday of February, March, May, June, August, September, November, with no meeting held in December.

SELCO Nominating Committee - Meeting Materials
The Nominating Committee will be appointed annually and present a slate of candidates no later than the last meeting of the fiscal year, June, to be voted upon at the July annual meeting of the corporation. The Nominating Committee shall strive for a balance of geographic and member interests when selecting a slate of candidates to serve as officers of the corporation and its members-at-large.

SELCO/SELS Strategic Plan - Goal Groups - Responsibilities | Members | Meeting Materials
The Strategic Plan Goal Groups meet annually. They assess the status of activities undertaken to date, review the projected timeline and develop editorial changes. The Board member liaison provides a brief report and presents any Goal Group recommendations for possible changes to the SELCO/SELS Strategic Plan.

Other Committees - The Board of Directors may create additional standing, special or ad hoc committees as deemed necessary.
