Structure Study Recommendation

At the March 24th meeting, the Structures Study Committee reviewed organizational structure, budget, governance and membership and is recommending undertaking a period of public comment on a possible restructuring of SELCO/SELS with final committee recommendation to be reported at the October 2008 quarterly board meeting.
