The Board elects an Executive Committee to act in the intervals between quarterly board meetings. The Executive Committee consists of the three Officers of the Corporation plus four other Directors. The Executive Committee meeting dates set by the Committee. These meetings usually are held on the fourth Monday of February, March, May, June, August, September, and November, with no meeting held in December.
