As required by the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA), SELCO provides filtering for Online Libraries as part of its Basic Services package. Premium Filtering adds a number of enhancements to the filtering service:
- More filtering categories
- Capability of disabling filtering for individual PCs
- Capability of creating groups of PCs with different rules
