Projects that we have decided to carry out but have not yet started. This list helps us ensure that we don't lose ideas and decisions just because there is no more room on our plate at the moment. Projects marked "Deferred" have been deliberately put off. This can happen for many reasons, ranging from lack of support in the Horizon software to delays because we are investigating the feasibility of a new service.
