OverDrive and Amazon have resolved their issue and Kindle eBooks are once again available for checkout, download, and holds.
Thank you for your patience.
Due to a technical problem between OverDrive and Amazon, Kindle eBooks are not presently available for checkout, download, or placing holds. OverDrive is working with Amazon to correct the issue, which affects all OverDrive customers. While there is nothing SELCO can do directly about this, we will post further updates as they come to us from OverDrive.
We apologize for this inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience.

In previous cataloging posts, click here and here, I have discussed RDA and cataloging training requirements. Anyone who edits MARC records in Horizon must undergo RDA training by June 30, 2014. There are two classes being offered, each one fulfills this training requirement. You are not required to take both classes. …
SirsiDynix is carrying out a Horizon upgrade for SELCO this Saturday, September 28, starting at 6:15 PM. This upgrade will bring us to Horizon version 7.5.2 Service Pack 1. While Horizon will be down, …
Tyler Irvin, Technology Support Librarian as Help Desk Manager
As you are aware, SELCO has had to make some cuts to our budget after our RLBSS allotment came in lower than anticipated. One of the indirect effects of this is we have a need to revise the Help Desk schedule.
In order to accommodate a smaller personnel resource pool, the SELCO Help Desk will begin On Call hours starting at 4:30 pm beginning next week. …
