The SEMVA artists transported the easel traveling art exhibit across the region from Steele County to Winona County and installed the show at the St. Charles Public Library. The thirty pieces depict each artist’s interpretation of a board theme that includes: authors, books, letters, libraries, or reading.

The exhibit includes works by three residents of Winona County including Story Time by LaVonne Feuerhelm, who lives in St. Charles. The exhibit will be on display during open hours, from July 31 through September 10.
