Using instant support with Microsoft Internet Explorer
Download the Instant Support Client here
Click on Run to launch the instant support client (pictured below)
Depending on your version of IE and its security settings you may get a series of 'approve' dialogs that are asking you if you're sure you want to run the file. Manuever through these dialogs by confirming that you do want to run the file.
Once the file has launched you must fill in three fields in order to connect to the instant support server. Fill the fields out in the manner below. The first field is important to input 100% correctly. The other two fields don’t matter, but need something input into them before pressing OK.
After pressing OK, this dialog will appear, showing that you’re ready for SELCO staff to control your computer.
Using instant support with Mozilla Firefox
Download the Instant Support Client here
After clicking the link, select Save File from the download dialog (pictured below).
Click Open from the Downloads Menu (pictured below)
You may see a warning about opening executable files like the one below.
Click on OK.
