03-19-2008 DRL As described previously, this work has been carried out and we are marking the project Complete.
03-10-2008 DRL ILS Bulletin 2008-03 went out on 03-03 as planned. To date, we have gotten four responses. Winona PL has asked that we create a distribution list so that email from the form can go to multiple staff. We will create one called WIN_IPACPO. This nomenclature will be used for any other library that makes a similar request. In the meantime, Mick is doing some final testing.
02-29-2008 DRL The ILS Operations and Technology Policy committees recommended we proceed with the prototype demonstrated in the February meeting with minor changes. Mick will prepare an ILS Bulletin for release on 03-03. The bulletin will explain the project and describe the email link. Email generated by the form will go to the library Director unless they tell us otherwise. The deadline for such direction will be 03-14. Implementation will happen on 03-17.
01-29-2008 DRL The work on
this has proceeded. The form is finished and we have had discussions
on where to put the link/button. Mick is working up some different
scenarios for the ILS Operations and Technology Joint Committee to
consider.

05-18-2007 JP The ILS Operations Committee recommended that a Purchase Order Request option be added to the Online Catalog as a service to our patrons.
