11-07-2008  MGF  LaVonne was able to get the system up and running.  This completes the project.

10-23-2008  MGF  We have received the last system and it has been re-imaged as an ipac system and returned to LaCrescent via delivery.  Once there LaVonne will set it up and turn on Windows Disk Protection.  Waiting to her back from LaVonne that they have the system and it is working.

10-20-2008  MGF  I talked to LaVonne and she is going to send us their old circ computer to turn into their new ipac system.  I have sent a tub in delivery, once we get the system we will reload and it reconfigure it.

10-07-2008  MGF  The last donated computer has been setup and returned to the library.  I am waiting for LaVonne to send me the old circulation PC so that I can set it up as an ipac system.

09-29-2008  MGF  I have received the last computer from LaVonne, and I have begun to set it up.  Once it is setup we are going to use it to replace one of their circulation PCs.  Once that is done we will reload the older circulation PC and turn it into an iPac system to replaced their existing Windows NT iPac system.  Once those two things are done this will conclude the LaCrescent Project.

09-11-2008  MGF  The systems we have received have been deployed, 3 public PCs, and 1 PC that was too old for use, but we were able to turn it into a public donation box for the library computer fund.  We are still waiting on one more PC from the city that we are hoping to reload and redeploy as a new circulation PC.

09-03-2008  MGF  The systems are setup and ready for deployment.  I have contacted LaVonne and we have a tentative deployment date for Thursday, September 11th at 9:00am.

08-22-2008  MGF  I have started working on the systems that were donated to the LaCrescent Public Library.  I am in the process of reloading them, once they are ready I will schedule a deployment date with the library to deploy their new systems.

08-19-2008  MGF  LaCrescent Public Library was able to get five new computers donated to them.  Four of them are to be setup as public PCs and one as staff.  LaVonne is bringing them here to SELCO on Thursday, August 21.  We will set them up and then schedule a day to come out and deploy them to the library.  This project is in reference to request number 5549.
