06-23-08 MR   Both Pillsbury and Crossroads College went live on Tuesday as scheduled.

06-06-2008  DRL  Review of outstanding tasks:

Authentication for Pillsbury--Mick is working on this.  Two databases are left to be configured.  IP information is in.  We should be able to test this next week.  We will ask Pillsbury staff to help in the testing.

Authentication for Crossroads--Mick is working on this.  Has contacted Brian.  Mick will visit the site on Monday (06-09) to work with Brian on the student portal.

Pillsbury patron load--Mick is working on this.  Pillsbury has given us a patron file including just faculty members.  Mick will load this next week.  Mapping has been completed.

Location setup--Jonya is working on this.  Complete except for some final doublechecking/testing.

iPac configuration--Mick is working on this.  Profiles need to be updated and tested.  Since there is no data yet, testing will have to happen on Monday, 06-16.

Bibliographic and Item record import--Mick is working on this.  Scheduled for evening of Saturday, 06-14.  The catalogers have 150 bib records left to complete.

03-20-2008  DRL  LSTA grant Community Academic Libraries has been in progress but is not being updated to Projects list.  Grant will bring Pillsbury Bible College and Crossroads College into the ILS.  Equipment has been deployed to both sites and Horizon profiles set up.  Cataloging is still in progress; both libraries have fairly unique collections.
