09-29-2008  MGF  We have used the ClearOne system for an ILS meeting and it seems to be working just fine.  This concludes this project.

09-16-2008  MGF  All of the equipment has arrived.  We have done some initial testing with the ClearOne system and it seems to be working fine.  We will be using this in a meeting on Thursday as a true test of the new teleconferencing equipment.

09-15-2008  MGF  Some of the equipment has arrived, we will test implementing it in the Avila room shortly.

09-05-2008  MGF  We have ordered a teleconferencing unit from ClearOne, the Max Attach.  It has four bases daisy chained together.  Once we get it we are hoping to use it to provide more online meetings from SELCO.

09-04-2008  MGF  We are looking at purchasing a new polycom / teleconferencing telephone unit for here at SELCO so that we can start providing our users more remote access to some of the meetings that happen here.  I am working with a few vendors to get some products and quotes together and am hoping to place an order within the next week.
