09-19-2007 DRL Albert Lea PL's installation is complete and this task is complete.
08-21-2007 DRL Lab installation was completed on time. 3 staff PCs have been deployed with the rest scheduled for next week. Public PCs will be deployed also next week. Paul Beeman will be needed on one day to install Pharos.
07-30-2007 DRL All systems are imaged and ready for deployment according to the schedule below. Paul C., Mike, and Dave will carry out Lab installations. Paul C., Mike, Dave and Donovan will carry out Public installations.
07-18-2007 DRL There have been a number of schedule changes but the current information we have from Albert Lea PL is:
Lab Install: August 6-10
Public Install: August 27-31
05-17-2007 DRL Mike is at Dodge Center PL today. With this trip, all installations will be complete with the exception of Albert Lea PL. With 33 PCs (including monitors), one laptop, 4 barcode scanners, 3 laser printers, and various other pieces of equipment, this is by far the largest installation associated with the purchase. Installation cannot proceed until their current remodeling is finished. The library is unable to give us a date for installation but we are staying in touch and will get it done as soon as they are ready. I am changing the status of this task to Pending.
04-30-2007 DRL Deployments have begun, mostly with monitors and laptops. Some PCs have now arrived and installation visits are being scheduled.
04-11-2007 DRL Equipment has begun to arrive.
04-05-2007 DRL Orders are being placed.
03-30-2007 DRL Today is the deadline for orders. We have been alerted that several orders are "in process" and will arrive next week.
03-05-2007 DRL Order goes out today.

DRL Order forms to go out on 03-05-2007.
03-05-2005 DRL Much the same as last time with the addition of a laptop. Gateway rep is out until 02-26. We'll get quotes at that time. Mike will start working on quotes for non-Gateway items now. Donovan will add laptop information to order form along with other changes. Thin client model is changing. Paul will get this information together. We will add pictures of the PCs and laptops.
