05-14-2007  DRL  25 of the 30 sites are completed.  The remaining sites are:

These were all rescheduled for various reasons and have not been made up.  Angela is contacting the libraries to reschedule this week.

03-14-2007 DRL Visits are continuing. In the interest of time, we are not listing each visit here. See Donovan for schedule details. 21 of the 30 are completed.

01-22-2007 DRL Visited Northfield and Zumbrota on 01-19-2007.

01-12-2007 DRL In order to better serve the PC Support customer sites, Paul and Donovan will visit each of them in the coming months to discuss PC use and the PC Support service. Our goal is to have these visits completed by the end of March. The first two were held on 01-11-2007 at Chatfield Public and St. Charles Public. The information gained at these sessions was largely positive. The main negative discussed was the need for better communications regarding what local staff are responsible for vs. what SELCO staff are responsible for. Example: When Windows Updates pop up on the screen (from the System Tray), are local library staff expected to proceed or wait for SELCO to act? This has never been well articulated.
