07-21-2008  MGF  We were able to fix the reboot hang time for Gayle on her kids PCs.  They are also going to lease new kids pcs as part of the 2009 SELCO PC Lease Value Added Service.  Because of this we are going to close this project as the kids PCs are being replaced.

07-07-2008  MGF  We have received the system from Gayle and Paul is working on creating a new master image that we can use to re-image the other kids PCs.  We will schedule a site visit after the new master image is ready.

07-01-2008  MGF  Gayle called in, they are having trouble with Pharos hanging on reboot on their kid's pcs.  I talked to her and we are going to upgrade them to the new XP SP3 / Steady State image.  She is sending us a system to setup and configure, for a master image, we will then re-image the remaining kids PCs.
