Network Troubleshooting Documentation for Help Desk

02-07-2008  DRL  Consensus reached between Donovan, Dave, and Jonya that no further training is needed.  Project complete.

01-22-2008  DRL  Dave will talk to Jonya to determine if the final training session was really needed.

07-30-2007  DRL  The Help Desk and Training team meeting on 07-26 was postponed to 08-02.  Training will be carried out at this meeting.

07-16-2007  DRL  Training is scheduled for 07-26-2007. 

03-12-2007 DRL Still working on getting training dates set up.

02-26-2007 DRL Have held initial orientation with Help Desk team. Training dates to be set. General agreement that Help Desk staff will benefit from a few dry runs. Dave will run everyone through the process dealing with possible scenarios.

02-05-2007 DRL Basic training will be given on 02-22 with further training to be scheduled.

01-18-2007 DRL Dave is working with Jonya to set up first training session.

10-11-2006 Donovan and Dave met and went over initial Network documentation. Dave will schedule a time to meet with the SELCO Help Desk team and Donovan and go through the documentation. First phase is to incorporate network

10-12-2006 DWS Worked on new documentation throughout the day.

10-13-2006 DWS Worked on new documentation throughout the day.

11-15-2006 DWS Worked on new documentation for half a day. Planning on setting up a training session within the next two weeks with the SELCO Help Desk Team to go over broadband network troubleshooting procedures
