08-06-2007  DRL  Grand Meadow PL is completed and this task is being moved to Completed list.

07-19-2007  DRL  Installations have been completed for all libraries except Grand Meadow PL, which is scheduled for this evening.

07-18-2007  DRL  Paul has five Online Libraries left: Albert Lea PL, Grand Meadow PL, Kenyon PL, Owatonna PL, and St. Charles PL. Email has been sent to each for scheduling work.

07-02-2007  DRL  Before leaving on vacation, Paul completed all but four of the installations.  These will be carried out when he returns.  No problems with the script have been reported after the issues at Plainview PL were resolved.

06-18-2007  DRL  Plainview PL is completed and all problems have been resolved.  Caledonia PL is next on the list with others to follow.  Paul will make this a priority before he leaves on vacation.

05-16-2007  DRL  Austin PL is completed.  Paul B. will work on getting the other installations completed.

04-23-2007  DRL  We have moved this task to Active Development for completion.

04-09-2007  DRL  We have rewritten the scripts in Pharos to allow more options to each Online Library.  To deploy these scripts we will have to:
1)  Educate the libraries on the options now available to them
2)  Solicit decisions on these options from each library
3)  Create the new scripts on the server for each library
4)  Troubleshoot and adjust as necessary
