04-07-2008  MGF  I was on site today and installed their last public pc as well as their new iPac systems which were donated by Lake City Public Library and Winona Public Library.  This concludes the Wabasha project, closing project.

04-02-2008  MGF  I talked to Michelle and have sent a tub in delivery to get the last public PC back here for rebuilding.  I have also scheduled a site visit on Thursday, April 10th to bring the system back out to the library and re-deploy it.  This will end the Wabasha PC Redeployment project.

03-17-2008  MGF  We went out last week on Thursday to discuss with Michelle how to redo their public PCs.  One of their public systems was already running the toolkit and we were able to reconfigure it the way she wanted.  We then had toolkit images that we were able to use for her remaining public systems except one.  In the first week of April we will send a tub for that one remaining system so that it can be rebuilt and setup like the others.  Michelle also had a problem that their two ipacs, which are thin clients will not be supported at the end of the month.  I talked to Kathy from Lake City and Linda from Winona and thanks to the both of them for donating some of their old equipment that we can rebuild into public ipac systems for Michelle.  One of them has already been built and sent to Wabasha.

02-20-2008  MGF  I have called and talked to Michelle and am planning on going out to their library to discuss redeploying their public PCs on Thursday, March 13.

01-23-2008 DRL Wabasha PL has asked us to work with them to reevaluate their PC setup.  They wish to hold off on this until mid to late Feburary, at which point we will move this project to the Active Projects page.  This project was created in response to Help Desk ticket #014521.
