2c)  Carla will be the point person to define what content will be loaded and how it will be structured.  She will need to work with Tom to flesh things out.  Catalogers interested in using a wiki to document procedures.  Discussion of what would go into this wiki and how it would relate to Plone.   Discussion of who would post and what they would post.  Tom will investigate PBWiki and Plone wiki applications to determine the best tool for the job; he will make a recommendation at the next team meeting.

a)     Web access reports                                                                                                      

·         There have been requests for information on how SELCO’s pages are being used.

                                                                          i.      Mick, Donovan and Tom will look into finding the best tool to measure that information.

b)     Cataloging information                                                                                                

·         The Catalogers have a group of links that they refer (e.g. MARC standards page, IMDB) that they would like to share with catalogers through the system using a tool like del.icio.us rather than a static page of links.

                                                                          i.      Discussion of the best options need to consider the following questions:

1.      How much control do the catalogers want?

2.      Can everyone contribute?

3.      How much time would a plone wiki take to set up?
