05-06-2008  PKC  Winona PL had their equipment sent to them via delivery.  St. Charles had their new staff computer deployed today.  This officially completes the Spring 2008 Cooperative PC Purchase.

05-02-2008  DRL  LaCrescent PL has been completed, leaving only St. Charles PL and Winona PL.

05-01-2008  MGF  LaCrescent has been deployed, St. Charles and Winona have also been scheduled for deployment. 

04-23-2008  MGF  We have recieved all of the equipment and are in the process of setting it up.  We will schedule site visits with the remaining libraries that need their equipment deployed, such as Winona, St. Charles, and LaCrescent.  All of the other equipment has already been deployed at the other sites.

04-14-2008  DRL  Still waiting for all equipment to arrive.  Non-PC equipment has arrived and has been sent to Online Libraries via Delivery where possible.  PCs are starting to come in but have not all arrived.

04-03-2008  MGF  Preston, LaCrescent, and Austin Public Libraries had last minute orders which we have added to the PC Purchase.  All of the orders have been placed and we are now waiting for equipment to arrive.

03-31-2008  DRL  Today is the deadline for orders.  We know that an order is coming from Preston PL but it has not arrived yet.  We will place equipment orders on Thursday, 04-03-2008.  The delay is to allow time for late Online Library orders.

03-25-2008  MGF  Orders have also been received from Brownsdale, Hokah, Zumbrota, St. Charles, Pine Island, and Lake City Public Libraries.

03-19-2008  DRL  Orders have been received from Plainview and Winona Public Libraries.

03-10-2008  DRL  The order forms were sent to Directors and Automation Contacts on Tuesday, 03-04.  The deadline was extended one business day to Monday, 03-31 to compensate.  No orders have come back yet.

02-26-2008  DRL  The Spring 2008 Purchase will run according to the following timeline:

Mike has contacted vendors for pricing information, which is trickling in.  The order form will go out on Monday, 03-03.
