04-01-2008  MGF  While onsite today we were able to finish reloading the remaining public PCs as well as redoing their Pharos SignUp Server and Reservation station.  This seems to have cleared up several of the problems they were having with Pharos and also concludes setting up PC Support at Plainview Public Library.

3-31-2008  DRL  Mike and Paul are going out on Tuesday, 04-01-2008, to complete the project.

03-12-2008  MGF  While on site we were able to install three of their existing systems with the new image.  We have one Adult PC and two children's pcs left.  Alice also asked that we re-setup their Pharos systems with some of the equipment that was freed up from the Winter 2008 PC Purchase.  Near the end of March they will send us the one Adult PC to do here and we will bring it back in the beginning of April and then redo their Pharos stations and Children PCs as we have images for that equipment.

02-20-2008  MGF  I have talked to Alice and when we go out to on Tuesday, March 11 setup the three public PCs they bought as part of the Winter 2008 PC purchase, we will work with her to plan the setup for the rest of their existing pcs to bring them in line with SELCO PC support.  This project will cover help desk tickets 013442, 013540, and 013699.

02-04-2008  DRL  Plainview PL has just returned a contract for PC Support in 2008.  As a new PC Support customer, their PCs will need to be configured for SELCO support.  They also have three PCs in the Winter 2008 Cooperative PC Purchase.  Mike is working with the library to determine what changes are to be made and how they will be scheduled.  This will involve a meeting to discuss what the library has done in the past with PCs and what the library would like to see changed.  This meeting will also involve inventorying the equipment.
