05-15-2008  MR   The changes to the IPAC to include the new search have gone live. 

04-16-2008  DRL  The index has been created.  The iPac server must be reindexed before it can be used.  We will carry out this indexing tonight after 9:00 PM.

04-15-2008  DRL  We have rescheduled again and plan to complete this task by 04-17-2008.

03-25-2008  DRL  Our planning for this task failed to consider PLA, which is going on this week.  We will reschedule for the week of 04-07-2008.

03-10-2008  DRL  After some delay, we have scheduled this for the week of 03-24-2008.

02-29-2008  DRL  Jonya has run into some issues with the testing server.  Mick will work with her to complete the testing.   Once testing is complete,  Jonya will create an ILS Bulletin and the index will go live.

02-20-2008  JP  Indexes have been identified and steps tentatively outlined. Mick and Jonya need to schedule the initial testing.

02-12-2008  DRL  Estimated work time remaining on project is 21 hours.  We will carry it out from 02-13-2008 to 02-17-2008.

05-17-2007  JP  The ILS Operations Committee has recommended that a new index be created that will include the 730 field, and it will be called Expanded Title and added to the Online Catalog.
