Promote greater awareness of your library and involve community members as spokespersons by creating custom American Library Association "Read" posters! It's easier than you think! All you need to do is send a good high resolution digital photograph to SELCO and choose the style of poster you want.

Custom "Read" posters are available to all SELCO and SELS members at a nominal cost.

Cost = $9.00/large and $7.00/small

Shipping and handling for posters that are mailed will be billed separately.

How to order a custom "Read" poster

To order your custom poster, do the following:

1. Decide who you want to feature on the poster and take several photographs using a digital camera. It is very important that the photo have clean edges and that the person be dressed in clothing that will provide high contrast with the background of the photo and of the poster. For some tips that will help you get a good, clean image, call or e-mail SELCO's Community Information Librarian at (507) 529-4447 / mpherson@selco.info.
   
   
2. Look at the background options below and choose the one that most closely matches the "area of effectiveness" of the person to be featured on your poster.
   
   
3. Proceed to the electronic form here and fill in all the necessary information.
   
   
4. E-mail the digital photo to Mollie Pherson mpherson@selco.info

You'll receive an electronic copy of the poster before it is printed in full-color. After you approve of the electronic copy, a high resolution poster will be printed and sent to you through SELCO delivery.
