Hot Reads Program Ideas
Harmony Cranium
The Harmony Public Library has created a game for patrons based on the popular Cranium game.
"The
object of Cranium Harmony -- besides having fun -- is to read books and
successfully complete the questions on the Cranium cards to advance around the
game board. The position of your Librarian’s initials on the board determines
which type of activity card you will draw."

Pine Island Public Library
We are doing Book Bingo again as the patrons really have fun doing it. The first 24 readers to sign up get an eagle key chain. After participants have read to 1 complete bingo, they are eligible for the weekly drawing of a Hot Reads mug complete with goodies. At the end of the program, drawings will be held for some special prizes like the fleece throw, Barnes & Noble gift card etc. The program runs from January 14-March 31.
