User Technology --- with the emphasis on the person!

image of Mike Flores July 18, 2008 -- After some in-house shuffling of job duties, Mike Flores recently assumed additional responsibilities and a new job title --- User Technology Manager.  With a marked intention for continued focus on the needs of library staff, Mike will consult with libraries on how to meet service objectives for end user technology.  He will continue to be an active member of SELCO’s PC team.  This new position simply broadens the perspective of his tasks since not all technology is PC-based.  The primary job objectives for the new User Technology Manager are:

  • Provide technical support to the Online Libraries and SELCO staff.

  • Administer end user technology in the SELCO office and the Online Libraries.
