The Personnel Committee oversees SELCO human resource management and guides development and review of personnel policies for the Board of Directors. The Committee also offers human resources management advice and counsel to the Executive Director, the individual designated by the bylaws with the responsibility for hiring, disciplining, and dismissing employees. Periodically, the Committee may conduct or authorize an evaluation of staff compensation and benefits. The Committee meets regularly at times set by the members.
