SELCO provides a range of services to help libraries manage their internet connection and the PCs used by both staff and patrons. Services include:
SELCO provides PC support including Installing and configuring PCs, supported software, and supported peripherals such as barcode scanners and printers. SELCO also provides resources to assist with maintaining staff and public use computers along with troubleshooting and resolving software and/or hardware problems.
SELCO manages lease agreements between your library and Dell. Instead of purchasing PCs and laptops, your library makes three annual or 36 monthly payments for the use of the equipment. At the end of the three-year lease term, the contract ends and SELCO assumes responsibility for returning the equipment to the manufacturer.

Pharos Internet PC Signup
SELCO offers a software solution that lets you manage public use computers, including session length and the ability to end sessions.
Networking, Wireless & eRate
SELCO provides networking, including the firewall along with setup, configuration and maintenance for the libraries. SELCO provides the wireless access points in the libraries providing access to their patrons. SELCO also negotiates contracts with the ISP’s and gets the funding for the library internet from the state using eRate.
SELCO officers libraries a hosted WordPress site. As well as training on how to use it. The site can be customized with a wide variety of themes and plugins.
